I'm a huge baseball fan, but lacrosse is getting more popular. Give it a try, you can always go back to baseball. Besides if you dont try it you might regret not playing.

If you have aptitude for both, lacrosse will offer you a better chance for scholarships (less competition). Unless you're already the BEST player on your Little League team, you're not likely to make the high school team. If you play lacrosse, you have a much better chance of getting playing time, and if you're really good, a scholarship... especially on the east coast

why switch. play both. Both sports have some inherent similarities. I.E. your swing in baseball will help your passing and shooting muscles in your shoulder when you play lacrosse. The hand eye coordination of passing with the lax stick will help with the hand eye coordination of swinging your bat in baseball. Catching the ball in baseball will help you with your catching reflexes in LAX. I dont see a need to quit one for the other unless you have time constraints, or are just tired of baseball.

first of all, lacrosse is not just for girls. it's an extremely tough sport, one that a lot of baseball players would get completely demolished in.
that being said, PLAY BOTH. Canada's national sport, and America's favourite pastime.

per chance you may play both. isn't lacrosse a fall sport and baseball a summer sport? Or are they both summer events now? In both case, play whichever you've the most love for. you'd be happier interior the acceptable.

It depends on how good you are at baseball, how old you are, and why you're thinking about switching. Without knowning any of that, we really can't answer.
