Because it is stabilized. It won't grow until the bad seed, evil people put around it's trunk can be washed away. It takes "farmers" to stabilize a trees roots, and flush out the evil seed. Then the tree can recover. Blatant truth. Can you understand it?

Cause all that electricity that it takes to power Al Gores houses is causing an overload in the power plant in which increases CO2 output and the global warming spewing from Al Gores home is personally attacking that sapling.
