Nothing is foolproof-- but this theory pans out for me (in hindsight, looking at my conception dates vs. intercourse dates; not that we were actually trying for it) with 4 of my 6 children. Which is only slightly better than your average 50/50 chance. ;)

Sorry it doesn't matter what day you conceive to determine the sex. Although if you look up on the internet some spiritual people believe the stars/moon line up certain days and if you conceive on certain days it will be a boy or a girl.
Doubt it's true though.

that is because the sex of the child is not determined by the woman, but by the mans sperm. Therefore, when you ovulate has no effect upon which of the little fellas gets home first. Since the mans sperm is 50.1% male sperm and 49.9% female sperm, your chances are slightly higher that you will concieve a boy anyway.

they say that female sperm swim slower and have more endurance and male sperm swim faster and die sooner so I think if you want a boy do it the day before the day of and the day after

no you cant do anything to have a boy or a girl it happens based on which sperm gets their first the sperm gives the gender so if you get a girl be mad at your hubby
