I think it would be Ash from the evil dead, this is any horror hero or villain you want Ash vs Micheal Myers, Ash would win. You could pit them against each other also.

There was a rumour of the Freddy vs Jason follow-up being 'Freddy Vs Jason Vs Ash'. Pinhead was also rumoured though. But ASH is the man! I'd like to see Ash team up with Snake Pliskin and go up against The Hills Have Made A Wrong Turn Toward Texas. But that's just me ;-)
