You can check your past tax records.

If the businesses no longer exist, the dates don't matter.

30 years would mean an extremely long resume. I have 12 years experience and my resume is 3 pages.

Try detailing the past 10 years, or 3 long term jobs, and summarizing the remainder.

Speaking as a professional in resume development... I can't think of any job you would apply for that would need or even want anything that far back.

Just work from what you do have. It is common to just make a general statement about the nature of work you did prior IF and only if it has bearing on the work you are applying for.

Don't forget to fill in any volunteer or unpaid work you did related to the position and extra training.

why do u need all 30? most companies when they hire a new candidate, only ask for the last 10 years of employment. it's impossible to remember 30 years back especially since companies closed/went out of business, etc. just make sure u remember the last 10.
