and as for it looking like you can open it like a piece of chocolate, no...I have spoken to a few people and they believe it is a template coin; a coin they use to make the others with. I understand there are fakes; this came straight from the banks rolls. I have sent it to the ANA (American Numesmatic Association) and they authenticated it for me. Is there any others that have a similar defect?

WELL YOU JUST ASKED THIS QUESTIONED,
IF ANA (AND YOU MISS SPELLED IT--NUMISMATIC) AUTHENTICATED AN ERROR COIN THEY LABEL AND IDENTIFY THE ERROR COIN.
OTHER WORDS THEY TELL YOU WHAT ERROR THE COIN HAS AND CERTIFIES IT.
SO APPARENTLY ANA HASN'T DONE DO.
