I did, about 2 monthh ago this guy called my home and the first time I answered the phone he didn't say anything. Then he calls back and finally says " I'm watching you" so I reply "really" and he says " Yes, I'm watching you right now" so I reply " good, so you just watched me copy your phone number off my caller I.D. and hand it to my Uncle that owns the Sheriff's car parked in my driveway"
I would of loved to have seen his face when I told him that, he couldn't hang the phone up fast enough!

I still get a few prank calls, now I blow a loud whistle in the phone when I pick it up. A true phone pranker will stop at nothing even caller id but I must admit I enjoy blowing that whistle probably as much as they enjoy pranking me. It's all good :)
if they block the caller id I don't answer, then nobody gets to play

i do not imagine they could ward off them. An officer will consistently could visit the scene only in case. this question reminds me of a time i became in a police station. This lady got here in with 2 youthful young children about 4-7 years previous. at the same time as she became at the front table talking to the police officer he received a telephone call from the 911 operators telling him that someone became calling 911 from a payphone contained in the station. properly the little darlings that they weren't were those calling 911 and putting up....LOL I say those 2 young children were given really a spanking at the same time as mom were given them residing house...

Yes, my daughter's dufus ex-boyfriend. I waited til he was done making stupid noises into the phone then i asked him (by name) if he knew what caller ID was.

depends on the prank calls u make...
i have played pranks on call, with many ppl who got caller ids...but i was never caught...
pranks are those wherein ppl really do not realize they have been fooled...i got that tact in me( grins)

yes. sometimes some people don't have caller id on landline phones.
don't try it on my cell phone, though

there are ways to get your number to come up anonymously mine does so I can prank call who and what I want unless you can track my phone
