I was on this for over 3 years and it worked great for me, no sickness and it may have increased my appetitie a little but i just ate healthy. It is different for some people though, just try it and if you don't like it, try another brand.

personally i didnt like ortho trycyclin lo because it made me moody. I was using it as a contraceptive though so I couldnt really tell you how it would work for cramps. Ask your OB/gyn what they recommend. Now I use lo-estrin, the one where your period only lasts 3 days. I like it a lot.
