"Many of you are well enough off that ... the tax cuts may have helped you. We're saying that for America to get back on track, we're probably going to cut that short and not give it to you. We're going to take things away from you on behalf of the common good." (Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton - June 28, 2004, in San Francisco at a Democrat Party fundraiser)
"I want to take those profits and put them into an alternative energy fund that will begin to fund alternative smart energy alternatives that will actually begin to move us toward the direction of independence." (Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton - February 2, 2007, at DNC Winter Meeting - regarding profits earned by oil companies, which are not [yet] owned by the government)
"As president I know I can't kill, jail or occupy every nation we don't agree with and I cannot just wish that all the terrorists be wiped off the face of the Earth" (Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton - February 10, 2007, at a campaign appearance in New Hampshire)
"We're going to change the way we finance the system by taking away money from people who are doing well now" — (Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton — March 24, 2007, at a health care forum in Las Vegas)

When she says things like not give your money to you, or we're going to take things away, or I can't kill, jail or occupy...............you no longer dealing with a socialist, this woman would put Joe Stalin to shame..........if she ever gets control of the country they will roam the streets arresting us............the government secret police will be knocking on your doors.

Honest question, or are you trolling?
Statement 1 "Many of you are well enough...":
This qualifies as a responsible attitude. The U.S. government funds it's activities through taxation. Sometimes, the scope of it's activities, such as waging war on another country demand increased cash flow. Being a realist and recognizing that the current president is spending too much and taking in too little does not make her a socialist. It's just simple math.
Statement 2 - "I want to take these profits":
How does this make her a socialist when the current president is already doing exactly the same thing with biofuels? The U.S. government has a long tradition of funding technology research. Even our current president, who is seen as being utterly hostile to this approach does quite a lot of it. Realistically, our government does a WHOLE LOT of things that seem socialistic. George W. Bush, certainly does.
Statement 3 - "As a President I know I can't...":
This statement sheds no light on her standing as a socialist, or not. She's just making a realistic assessment that we already can't afford the acts of aggression we're already involved in and there are still dozens of countries that are as least as repressive as Iraq was under SH. This statement is non-sequitur to your question.
Statement 4 - "We're going to change...":
Isn't this logical? IRS tax schedules since the system was first introduced are absolutely based on this principal. Higher income bracket citizens pay higher rates. If this is a socialist ideal, then the IRS is a socialist organization because they live and die by the sliding bracket schedule. Our current president has not acknowledged this, and has unfairly burdened the middle class while unjustly rewarding the upper class in a time of war, when we can't afford it. She's only suggesting they pay their fair share.
If you don't like Hillary Clinton, just say so. Trying to label her a socialist is a cheap shot.

The fact of the matter is, hoss, in case you haven't noticed, we have a staggering, staggering, historic debt of disastrous proportions.
And, yes, if Hillary is elected, she will raise taxes on the rich (really it will be just a reversal of the huge Bush tax cuts to the rich), because she is a responsible adult who knows that we need to reduce our debt.
Would you prefer that the next President just goes into denial mode like Bush (notice in the SOY address he stated his plan would give us a balanced budget by 2012, nothing like shifting the burden onto the next guy!) and keeps spending like a blitzed sailor on shore leave?

There are worse things than being a socialist....it is great in theory, but does not work in the real world, as people are too greedy to care about the good of all people. Go tell the worker in Bangladesh that makes 70 cents an hour making Nikes that sell for $90 how wonderful capitalism is.

Might be better if you included links to the entire speech. In fact, I could easily take your 'question' and turn it around by paraphrasing or utilizing what I wanted out of context. You've been studying at the hands of American media, haven't you...?

Well documented, well quoted.
No one can spin that away - it came right out of her own socialist mouth.
"...take away money from the people who are doing well now.." that is just too frightening!

DEMOCRATIC CANDIDATES FOR PRESIDENT!
Presidential candidates, Hillary Clintonand Barack Obama and John Edwards were flying to a convention. Barack looked at Hillary, chuckled and said, "You know, I could throw a $1,000 bill out of the window right now and make somebody very happy." Hillary shrugged her shoulders and
replied, "I could throw ten $100 bills out of the window and make ten people very happy." John added, "That being the case, I could throw one hundred $10 bills out of the window and make a hundred people very happy."
> Hearing their exchange, the pilot rolled his eyes and said to his co-pilot, "Such big-shots back there. I could throw all of them out of the window and make 156 million people very happy."
