Depends what you mean. Statistically the questions been answered. Irish-American Catholic young 35th President of the USA, WW2 Navy veteran, former congressman, ect ect.
But if you mean personally, deeply WHO he was, what made him tick, then the only people who will ever truely know are those people who were close to him, like the recently deceased Arthur Schlesinger, or Ted Sorenson, those people who worked with him, and lived with him, like Ted Kennedy, or even his daughter Caroline.
