Yes...and I especially hate the ones who act all cute and stupid around guys, and then turn into uber-***** when there are no boys around.
I'm 32, and there is a lawyer I work with (close to my age) who does this.
I thought we outgrew this crap in junior high. Guess not.

I cant stand them either...they make stupid comments and stuff to get attention..but really it just makes nobody really like them in the end.
