I was assigned to write a paper on Robert KENNEY. It could be a typo but I'm fairly sure its KENNEY.

ROBERT FRANCIS KENNEDY, U.S. attorney general and adviser during the administration of his brother Pres. John F. Kennedy (1961-63). Later U.S. senator (1965-68), he was assassinated while campaigning for the presidential nomination.

Well, did the instructor give you any other info? It is hard to know which Robert Kenney to look for.

robert f. kennedy was brother to pres. john f. kennedy. and attorny general during that presidency. try googling robert f. kennedy.
