Just look at his recent stats. Since the all-star break 1.40 GAA second best is 2.25. 974 Save % in the last 10 games. Just lights out. Its time he gets the respect he deserves and Brodeur's time is done.

King Henrik is freakin amazing....

and in reference to Mighty Mouse above "hasn't won anything yet" ????? c'mon are you serious lets see umm OLYMPIC GOLD MEDALIST

and yes all of these people saying that Lundqvist needs to get more experince before he is considered great and i agree slightly Henrik is still getting used to the lengthy NHL season of 82 games back in Sweden they would play 60 game seasons and it is very demanding to be playing 22 more games in the next year and another 22 in the year after that especially since he pretty much is playing every game for the rangers since they are unable to find a worthy back-up

If I only had a nickel for every time someone came up with the "it is obvious that..." attitude then immediately said something absurd.

Brodeur has a better save percentage than Lundqvist, a better Goals against, has played more games and has a "tad" more Career accompishments.

In fact Brodeur may well be having the best season in the HISTORY of any NHL Goalie. Is Crosby's time done too?

Personally I am a Rangers fan and i love the streak that Lundqvist is on. One thing is that Lundqvist has faced Brodeur two times since the break, losing both of them. Brodeur has three Cups right now. If King Henrik gets us three cups, then I'll start comparin him to Brodeur. Even though Brodeur has a strong defense on his side, he literally had no offense for him last year-Elias thats it. Rangers are a puck posession team. If they keep it deep, then they make Lundqvist's job easy. Brodeur is #1, Luongo #2 then maybe Lundqvist. But DiPietro isn't that far behind Henrik. Don't sleep on him when he's healthy.

yes his having a great second half of the season but he has a team that can score more then the Devils so Brodeur needs to win more games for his team then Lundqvist does. you can't compare this two goalies Brodeur has proving him self for over 10 years and hes a clutch player and is still on top. Lundqvist did this after the all-star break Brodeur did it all year so Brodeur is still the KING in nets even if they call Lundqvist the king. Lundqvist will have to do this for many years to even be considered in Brodeur's class.

GO HABS GO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Well a goalie who has been hotter the Lundqvist is Niklas Backstrom of the Wild. Currently he is on a 7 game win streak. His record is 16-3-2 in his past 21 games. In those 21 games his stats are 2.14 GAA and a .923 SV%. He is also ranked 2nd in GAA and SV%. Backstrom is the hottest goalie in the league at this moment. He has been superb replacing Manny.

30 games is not going to get him any respect because it is NOT DESERVING. Let's see him do it in the play-offs like Boderur has done over and over. Yeah, Brodeur's time is done alright, I'll be thinking of a putz like you when they hand him the Vezina. One name for you Jim Carey-although atleast he had a Vezina. He is top 10-not even top 5, let alone Brodeur. Ugh.

He's good but the goalie this season is Martin Brodeur or Robbie Luongo he has really stepped up this season or for a long shot Nik Backstrom good rookie year for him

properly the respond would desire to be the single with the ideal GAA. yet for my area, actual now could be an identical guy who has been the ideal for years - by using fact in my concepts consistency is extra significant than a - "inspect me now" goalie. My answer consequently is Brodeur.

No!

He is about 9th of current active netminders.

Forget wins, and shut outs and all that other stuff.

The most fair measure would be to use SV%

And of all the goalies who have played in 50% or more of the teams games you end up in 9th place currently.
