Pakistan's fast bowler Shoaib Akhtar belonging to Rawalpindi City of Punjab of Pakistan(WestPunjab). His bowling speed recorded so far is 161.3 km/hour , the fastest ever recorded in international cricket history & that's why the word "express". According to his personal doctor , in full swing he can bowl upto 176 km/hour.

It is a very fast train, was scheduled fo speed to West Indies from Islamabad. Developed some technical faults, and has been halted in Islamabad. Although the train is superfast, there is some problem with its engine, which needs complete overhauling. In case it does not perform as expected, it will be thrown out of Pakistan Railways.
