the best two vitamin supplements for healthy skin are the formula 2 mutlivitamin from shapewrokss and the garden 7 supplement with photonutrients. I have been using both for several years and they are great. The multivitamin contains b6 and b12 plus three vital minerals for healthy skin and bones. The garden 7 is full of goodness for your skin, if you eat less than nine servings of fruit and veg perday then this should be added to your diet. I also use some specialist creams for my skin that keep the skin healthy, supple and looking fresh, I use the radiant c skinface quencher, the radiant c daiy skin booster and the skin activator. try www.myhealthabc.net and follow the link to the mall area. The products are awesome and the best skin range there is, plus you can get free advice from the email link provided on there so you get just the right thing for your needs. I hope this helps.

Don't eat any trans fats and cut out white flour and white rice and sugar. One teaspoon of cod liver oil per day and two teaspoons coconut oil per day. Vitamins E and C taken together. Refined vegetable oils cause wrinkles, so omit from your diet. The most important supplement here is cod liver oil.
Your body needs the proper building blocks for the cell walls; these nutrients will ensure that it gets what it needs.
