How do I unfreeze my ipod ? I tried a couple things?

I held down the middle button and top button and the middle and bottom and left and right but it wont unfreeze. Whats the exact site to go on to get the different ways to unfreeze?

Just hold the middle and top for 10 seconds it happend to me
and Don't believe the guy above me!!

i had this problem recently and just had to wait till the battery ran out. Luckily i bought it from Tesco who have 12 month warrenty on electricals and gave instant replacement with receipt. If yours is under a year old i try returning it.
