It depends on what you want. If you want a beautiful laid back beach, I suggest Anna Maria Island. It is amazing there. If you go to the Chamber of Commerce for Anna Maria Island, you will find several quaint hotels/beach houses for rent. If you are looking ofr a younger, more partying beach, try Clearwater Beach.
