No. Unlike periods where women's cycles begin to match up, it is nearly impossible for you to feel your friend's symptoms. That is, unless you spend copious amounts of time with her (I'm talking nearly 24 hours a day). It is not unusual for husbands or partners to have sympathetic pregnancies but that is usually because they are around the pregnant woman constantly. In your case, I would highly doubt that you feel her symptoms.
