we really have no way of knowing here in Yahoo! Answers. each company has their own policies on whether they allow their employees to check their email outside of work (for security purposes). for my work email, i have a certain web address i have to go to and it does allow me to view email from non-company computers but it does not allow me to save attachments, only view. the only way to know is to ask someone in your office.

It may not be possible. If your company has a firewall in place (and most DO) the company's IT department would have to agree to open a hole in the firewall for you to get through.

If they agree then all you need is your SMTP and POP3 or IMAP mail settings, and put them in your home computer.

It usually isn't as simple as setting up your ISP mail. If you have a specific need to access your work email, best to speak to your IT people.
