Whatever you say, don't say anything that would make him remember what you said! If you leave mad, and cuss him out, he'll remember that and probably give you a bad reference. Looks can say a multitude of things, try just giving him some looks that say Man I am glad I am so outta here! Smile at him, and maybe even give him a wink! Kindness is a hard thing to take when you have been mean to somebody. Whoever said Kill em with kindness sure had that right!

I know it sucks, but you need to take the high road and leave professionally. You will never know when you will run into him/her again. The world is a lot smaller than you think. Even though you may not care about a future reference, you may end up working with that person in another company years from now. Believe me, I've seen it happened.

"Take This Job And Shove It"

Take This Job and Shove It
Take this job and shove it
I ain't working here no more
I will not get all the pieces
I've been working for
Paper cups, minimum wage
Just walk on out the door
Take this job and shove it
I ain't working here no more

Take this job and shove it
I ain't working here no more
I will not get all the pieces
I've been working for
Paper cups, minimum wage
Just walk on out the door
Take this job and shove it
I ain't working here no more

They'll have you in this factory
From now on for fifty years
All this time I see my woman
Drowning in her tears
I see a lot of people who
Got to have a piece of me
I'd give the shirt right off my back
If I had the nerve to say

Take this job and shove it
I ain't working here no more
I will not get all the pieces
I've been working for
Paper cups, minimum wage
Just walk on out the door
Take this job and shove it
I ain't working here no more

Let's all go use our sick leave up
And then we'll shoot some pool
Got brand new skinhead hair cuts
You think he's a fool
One of these days I'll blow my top
Or somebody's gonna pay
I'd hate to see the process
As you enter the factory and say

Take this job and shove it
I ain't working here no more
I won't let that **** bother me
That I've been working for
Paper cups, minimum wage
Just walk on out the door
Take this job and shove it
I ain't working here no more

Take this job and shove it
I ain't working here, ain't working here, ain't working here no more

After 18yrs in nannying, its uncommon that it occurs now,my suggestion is that in case you would be unable to do it,then you definately cant,be up front tell them and clarify,be well mannered yet be corporation. in case you intend to make a occupation out of it,make purely about all those issues are spoken approximately on the interview and of direction you will desire to be paid for extra artwork,so continuously verify that the two you and your employers understand the ramifications of there calls for, desire this permits, stable success

There are a few choices but I would take the higher road and just thank him/her for the experience and employment. No reason to lower your standards now.

I've said some nasty things when leaving jobs before, and all I can say is it wasn't worth it. When you look back you'll just realize what an @ss you made of yourself. Trust me, skip it.
