This guy and girl are about 18 years old and both have divorced parents. They fall in love but their divorced parents don't know. Before they can tell their parents about their love, the guy's mom and the girls dad decide to get married so now they are step siblings. Where should I go from there?

You don't. It's already been done. The movie is called Drive Me Crazy. Go rent it, it's pretty decent.

So the guy and girl find out that their parents married each other and so they finally realized that with them being siblings now and being in love, they need to end the relationship and move on with their lives going their separate ways. For them knowing that this cannot go on anymore, with their love that they shared with each other, they finally did the right thing to let each other go.
(I would like to read the whole story when you get done with it.) I love good endings!

Man that's one heck of a story. Now if their parents already got married then the boy and the girl cannot get married. So your story must end as a tragedy.
Another way to finish the story would be that they told their parents about their love. And their parents decides to sacrifice their love for their children.
