I read that is how we are supposed to see women, and if we notice women who are attractive, we should notice the details that make them human and not objects like their eyes, their hands, and they moods. I just am curious how many men actually do this. And how many women do the same for men they know who aren't their main love interest.

Lust is a big issue. I think it's normal to "notice" someone as being attractive. But it's not wrong. People are beautiful, that's how God made them to be. We can acknowledge beauty and that's fine. But to lustfully look at someone, man or woman, is not right. And honestly, it's not respectful.
Some people want to be looked at like this, hence the immodesty nowadays. And it's not easy for men to not look lustfully at these women... as well as when a woman see's an attractive man who is playing with his children, and she is emotionally deprived from her husband, she will find it hard to not want to know what it's like to be with that man.
It's not easy to look away, but it's possible and some men and women do succeed. I think it's worth it.

I think when you are happy with some one you just look over all the others. YOu may think someone is attractive but you have the will to look away. I see attractive men all over the place but the grass isn't greener on the other side and I am trully happy..

Zero. Men do not look at other women as anything but other women. It's in their biology to size up and scrutinize every female form they set eyes on.

I understand were you're coming from with this ?. I don't see other women as such, but I do have a son/daughter. I want to be able to set a standard for the both of them. How one should carry themselves.
