I would still go to class, but don't dance full out the entire class. Try to take it a little easy. Talk with your teacher. See if he or she will be okay with going a bit easier. When you are dancing with outher people you need to move, and not mark it. Try some non-drowsy medicine.

i'd say that some of the time its ok to mark it, but try as hard as you can to do it once or twice! i know how you feel! its hard, and i hope you get better. drink lots of chicken soup, it really is proven to help. i always am sick, i have like, no immune system and i have to drink it all the time. it flushes everything out like the virusis and sickness and it is good for you!

You can try some Theraflu or Advil and hope you get better. If I were you, I would not miss the rehearsal. Just do your best out there. Good Luck!

yes, that's exactly what you should do. you should go, so you don't get begind, but you shouldn't dance full-out. If you do, you might over-do it and just get more sick. Get well soon!!

of coarse, you don't want to get sicker. you should take some ibprofen before you go and try it, but if your feeling too tired then just mark.
