Yes they're false. They try to hook you in by saying it's free but you have to sign up for various merchants such as Netflix and Columbia House in which you have to pay a fee to join those services. Bunch of spam I tell you!

the are not false i got an xbox 360 a week ago from a give away company
all i did was sign up get 10 other to do the same and hey presto freeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

i'm not really sure what you mean, but if you mean can you get one for free the answer is no you cant. you can get them if you sign up for something but you end up paying for that so basically no you cant get one without paying the retail price or more.
