anti-inflammatory pain killers. excersice works wonders. take a walk, thats what i do.

You can never really GET RID OF IT, but you can ease the pain with ibuprofen....I was diagnosed with this many years ago, but unfortuanatly mine turned out to be Endometrosis.They had to go in and do a laperoscopy. Good luck.

My doctor told me to start taking advil a week before it starts. It's wokring so far for me.
My grand aunt, who is also a docotr, told me to take a lot of vitamin C, that sorta worked.
