First try to turn the Email feature ON by sending a short email to your cell phone's email address.
If this does not work, call your cell company that provides your service and tell them you need your "GET IT NOW" feature activated.
The way we can test to see if data is enabled is to use Get It Now, or GIN for short.
Go to your GIN menu and try to download a list of games, or any other GIN item. If GIN works perfectly, then we're probably dealing with a configuration error.
If you receive an error message like "Unable to retrieve catalog, please try again later" then chances are quite high that data is not enabled on your phone.
If this is the case, you can call customer support and tell them "I can't use GIN on my phone." They'll apologize then fix you. Once you can get GIN items (game lists, app lists, whatever), then you should try to email.
