I have a male and a female fish it has all the signs of having baby's like white spots on the male and the swollen stomach of the female help me plzz

What kind of fish is it? Is it a live-bearer or does it lay eggs? White spots on the male sounds like ich (a fish disease). Males don't get white spots just because the female is pregnant! You need to give more information if you want correct answers.

Firstly we need to know what type of fish it is.
A lot of fish are egg layers where the female will lay the eggs normally on plants etc. and the male will then fertilize them. This is called spawning. The eggs will then hatch a few weeks later.
There are some species of fish called Livebearers where the female will give birth to live young. Guppies, Mollies, Platies and Swordtails are all livebearers. The male will fertilize the female and then she will give birth to live babies 3-4 weeks later.
Watching Livebearers give birth is quite interesting. You can buy little boxes to catch the babies. They fall through a little grate at the bottom and then the mother can't eat them.
As someone else said you need to watch that the white spots are not Ich a fish disease as that can spread quickly to all your fish.

Just calm down is the first thing you need to do. Animals having babies is a very natural thing. What you need to make sure is that the temperature is where it is supposed to be in the water. next, make sure the tank is clean and ready fort he eggs to come. Do not move the mother or put her in distress while she is carrying the eggs, becasue it will kill the mother and all of the eggs. When she lays the eggs, don't touvh them, she may not guard them so much and the father may have to do a lot of the work, just check on them and make sure they are undisturbed, you will be okay, just do this and you should have no problems!!!

the white spots mite be ich so treat him rite away. your female wont give birth until after 3-4 weeks or so
