First off dont be scared! everything will be ok but you guys need to go to a clinic and make sure that she is pregnant. If she is you need to go talk to both of your parents together! Maybe consider Adoption... But that is not my place to be your mother.. Talk with your family and things will work out.

wow...you guys are still baby's yourself! You both need to sit down and talk to your parents ASAP. You do have options...I am suggesting adoption, It's a great thing and there are plenty of wonderful people out there that cannot have children that would be extremely thankful!!!!

tell your parents then talk to your school guidance counsler they may know where you can go for proper medical care and to find out what your choices are
