think of the women who have made a major impact in history, like rosa parks. if she "behaved" and moved to the back of the bus, we'd never know who she was.

Well-behaved by whose standards? Historically, women have been expected to stay quiet and stay out of the way when it came to the world. If a woman were to be well-behaved by these standards, then she would probably never do anything worthy of being recorded for history.

It means that in America, trashy women make history. Example; Anna Nicole Smith. Thank you and may GOD come soon to make right the wrongs that have been done on this earth.

"Well-behaved women" are those that follow the rules and accept the position given to them by other people (usually men).

The people that make history are those that stand up and say, "I disagree" and make a difference.
