I know you select the Adobe PDF print option and then hit Properties. I usually uncheck the box that says "Do not send fonts to Adobe PDF." But a lot of times, people still can't view the fonts I've used if I send them a PDF. What am I doing wrong?? Thank you for your help!

Use the Adobe Type Manager (installed when Acrobat is installed) to manage your fonts and specify which ones are "allowed" to be embedded. The Type Manager will often err on the side of caution - if a font file does not have distribution rights information in it, the ATM will assume it is not safe to redistribute unless you specify otherwise.
