Just a pet peeve. Why is it that if a woman and man go somewhere together people assume you are married? Just happened to me again, I went to the vet with my brother and the staff say Mr. and Mrs.......or in a restaurant if I order dessert the waitress will say should I bring 2 spoons... Why do people assume that? I hate that so much..............

people assume my brother and I are a couple in the street too... and he... being the clown he is... starts calling me baby and telling me to stop embarrassing him in public... and that's why he has his lawyer on speed dial.. because he's sick of me .. and all I do is nag... he goes on and on and makes a BIG scene.. it's pretty funny!

I hate it too! Especially when they're in plain sight of my left hand's ring finger (which is bare)! When someone says something like that I make a sarcastic show of looking at my ring finger as if I were saying "do YOU see something I don't? Because I see no diamond here!". It usually gets me an apology right off. Why do people have to assume everything? Isn't it easier to just ASK?!?!

I have that happen to me when i go out with my bf. Oh and also if i bring my little cousin somewhere they think im his mother
