For me, I'd make a nice calling card,
a lot of sample works,
some flyers if not a brochure.
Give sample or discounted service fee to some family and friends.
Must have a very good hardware, equipments and different softwares for that.

first you have to register your business and process the necessary permits and income tax forms. Then raise enough capital you need to make the necessary purchase of equipments such as computers, video cameras, lights, etc. If you're getting a space to rent, make sure you include the rent deposit and advance in the capital requirement. Once you're settled with all the equipment, you're ready to start.
