It should read:
Be careful not to make a mistake installing the corrosponding chip.

The problem with the sentence is all the negatives in it.
"Becareful not to mistakenly install the wrong corresponding chip" (with negatives )
or
"Please install the correct corresponding chip" (No negatives which confuse the sentence)

It was probably written by a Chinese person in an instruction manual. I can't decipher it, but you should be careful that you do install a chip and you should not install the wrong chip.
