Don't listen to Rhonda. I have a degree in film and video production, which is highly competitive, and I wish I had a business degree, in fact I may still get one.
What you need to do is put some time in the trenches, get your feet wet. Don't believe you can get a good job just because you graduated from college. Employers want to see real world experience, so don't be afraid of that entry level file clerk job - its only temporary.
Be specific about your field, your industry. Everything is a business. What's your industry? Then find a way in, print yourself some business cards and make lots of connections and never burn any bridges.

My advice to you would be, star your own business, don’t be afraid. After all you already know most of what has to be known. Look at your family history and see what they have done on the past and profit from that; for example if your mom is a great cook start a restaurant business, if your dad has a cleaning company or work in construction make it bigger and become a developer, do you have experience in banking open-up a lending company, etc etc.

The are way to many people out there with business degrees, even masters. You should have majored in a field that was not so competitive, and more sought after by employers.Employers pay more for what is in demand, and business majors are not.

My advice is to start networking. Did you have any internships in college? Any people you know have the potential to be a good network opportunity. A professor you had might know someone who is hiring somewhere and if you networked you might hear about it and then in turn possibly get an interview.
Don't be afraid to be at the bottom and work your way up, even if it's not at the same company.
Be proactive.

It depends on the master's degree. If you get an MBA from a top school, you will not have a hard time getting a job.
