What Sign am I?

I have a dilemma! I love to read horoscopes but I do not know what exactly sign am I? It is ridiculous!

I was born at 9 AM of November 22, 1966 in Magadan, Russia. I was told that by being born at this exact date and place I am a Scorpio. In Los Angeles, California, for example It would be 1 PM of November 21, 1966, because Russia is ahead of the US in time.

Seven years ago I moved to Anchorage, Alaska and now every time I look at the date I see that Scorpio ends on November 21.

Am I a Scorpio or Sagittarius? And if I am a scorpio in Russia, should I be a Sagittarius now because I live in the USA?

I am lost.
