I am in China.And I have not a photo No. in India.How can I apply a india ebay ID?Anyone can help please send me email!Thank u so much!

you can log into any ebay site with a commn user name and password :)

for a pincode -- google few pincodes of india , if thats creating a issue :)

just log in to ebay.in with the same username and password. It works!

I have an ebay.in id and it works fine with all the countries.
