MSNBC reports, "General Motors Corp. is in talks to buy the Chrysler Group in its entirety, Automotive News reported Friday, citing unnamed sources in Germany and the United States
There is now no doubt that General Motors is interested in Chrysler

Not that I've heard of. However, the Magna group in Canada has (reportedly) made an offer for Daimler's portion of Chrysler.
