GOOD SCARY MOVIES? Nothing like Freddy vs. Jason or gorefests

I too like movies that are more "suspenseful" scary than gory for the sake of bloodiness. Here are a few that I think fit this category in no particular order:
The Sixth Sense (w/ Bruce Willlis)
Signs (w/ Mel Gibson)
The Others (w/ Nicole Kidman)
Psycho (Original w/ Anthony Perkins)
The Exorcist (Original w/ Ellen Burstyn)
Alien (Original w/ Sigourney Weaver)
The Shining (Original w/ Jack Nicholson)

Scariest movie I've ever seen is The Amintyville Horror. No gore whatsoever.

The Descent was a pretty good one. An older one you might want to try is White Noise. It is about EVP's (dealings with ghosts). Another one is Silent Hill... a little hard to follow but it was pretty good. Saw I,II,and III are all pretty scary but they have some pretty twisted, gory scenes. They go by pretty quick though.

Nothing i see is really scary, but a good one to keep you on the edge of your seat is the decent, quite freaky, o and one that really scared the heck outta me is IT, never look at clowns the same lol...

The scariest movie that has ever been made was "REANIMATOR".
You can get it at Blockbuster.
Make sure you bring along your diapers - you'll definitely wet your pants.

I think wolf creek, rest stop, and the texas chainsaw masacre the beginging were all really good. WHATEVER YOU DO< DO NOT SEE DEAD SILENCE!!!! WORST MOVIE EVER!!!

by no skill seen any movie that scared me. it is not frightening, besides the shown fact that that's unusual, enable the main appropriate one in. the haunting isn't undesirable (the unique), nor the haunting of hell domicile...yet, neither is frightening.
