Mostly you can get them at places like comic stores or playing/trading card stores. Another place is Wal-mart or Toys r us. You could also do a search on the internet for trading card sleeves. Some web sites that sell magic cards also sell sleeves. There are alot of places out there but you just have to look. Personally i don't like sleeves but everyone tells me to buy them. I like the feel of the cards and besides sleeves make it harder to shuffle your deck unless your used to it.

The best places to get sleeves would be at a Game shop/Comic book shop. The bigger stores will gear towards Yu-Gi-Oh sized cards since they are "hot". Magic gets pushed back in the light of these games but it always comes out on top.

I bought some Rook cases and sleeves at a game store near my house. They had some girly ones there too. Look for games stores in a mall near you and sometimes comic book stores will carry sleeve protectors.

Just walk up to your friendly neighborhood card/comic shop retailer and ask.
