I'm a new investor and i need to start my networking, I'm working on this house that I'm looking to wholesale the neighborhood has sold million dollar homes so far and they don't have a view. You should definitely check for local real estate investor groups- just do a search online. You want to work with people who know your area. (You probably should have done this research earlier...but better late than never!)
