I have an intel dual Core Duo processor with 1.66 Ghz. Does this means that it runs at 3.32 Ghz???
Would i say be able to play a 2Ghz requirement game with this processor???

no, it means there are two processors built into one that share processing duties....both run at the speed mentioned....

No. It just means that some programs, which have been written specifically for the dual processors could run as much as twice as fast. You will never see that. I would suggest that it might run 1.5X if that.
