NCLB: It has impacted me in a possitive and negative way. This Act those show that importance and the awareness that every child is different and learn at a different pace and in a different way. NEvertheless, all the school programs required students to be at the same academic level at the end of the school year...I think that as long as a child shows progress, then It's O.k.
Accountability: I think it has. Eventhough some teachers dont like to be held accountable for students success, I think that we should be hold accountable. Overall ratings provides the state with imporant information about the districts, schools and teachers.
Parent Involvement: Right now we are test piloting a Parent Involvement Program From NY (Im in Texas) That includes, a lot of communication tools, Parent involvement directly in school and a reward system.
Extra Hours: 10 to 15 hours a week
Administrators: They are Important, they are the ones that should keep the team together and working effectively.
Unions: They are extremely important...Teachers are not really aware of laws, cause they have to many things in their mind.

I continuously desired to be a trainer. I loved university and I preferred serving to others. I went to tuition after which to graduate university in which I bought an MA in schooling and my instructing credential. The nice side is being with the youngsters and the "lightbulb" moments after they have an understanding of anything. The worst is the executive and bureaucratic crap that we need to move by way of. I'd make moms and dads extra in charge for the habits and situation in their children. We best see them 6 hours in keeping with day. The moms and dads are liable for field and taking care of them, and in most cases, that does not occur. Everyone is in a position to sue the university, however they do not deal with the mess they devise at dwelling. They feel that the colleges are fully liable for the upbringing and welfare of the youngsters. We're no longer. Parents are.
