Not really. It has more to do with genetics than what your hair color is. Having said that, however, there are certain trends that seem to occur more frequently than others, such as blond w blue, red w brown, brown w brown. But the color of your hair and eyes is determined by your ancestry and genetic lineage. It is also influenced by which traits are dominant in your family. Such as brown is a dominant trait, regardless of what else you have in your family. For example, both of my parents have pale blue eyes; however, I am the only one of four children with blue eyes. The rest have brown or hazel. And no one in my family in living memory has red hair, but two of my four children and I have flaming red hair. So it all depends on what is dominant in your family and genetic make up.
I hope this helps to answer your question

related, yes. it is most common that people with brown eyes have dark hair. but inseperable no. it is certainly possible to have brown eyes and blond hair. its simply a matter of melonin (the same thing in ur skin also determines your hair and eye color)

Absolutely not. Any similarities between them are either a coincidence or common because of ancestory, not genetics.
