does anybody know why physical, mental and social well being is important for P.E?

I need the awnser quick. Its for my P.E coursework, which is due in after easter. Need help alot.

First of all you need to be in a good physical state in order to take part in any of the exercises you're asked to do .There have been many cases were students who seemed very healthy turned out with severe heart,lung and other problems.Your mental and social well being contribute to working as a team.If for any reason one of these is malfunctional then participating in PE would be quite difficult.As the ancient Greeks said a healthy mind needs a healthy body and vice versa.

Why don`t you just go onto google along with the other 16 million doing course work who have been directed there from this site and i`m pretty sure what you need will be there. If it`s due in after easter that gives you roughly 2 weeks - more than enough time to change sites and search. So go on. Go on ! Wot you waitin for now ? GO ON !!!!! WOT IS WRONG WITH YOU ?
