I would comment, but I think I will wait until you have at least reached high school first.

**1. Make a law that requires the lowest gas mileage of cars SOLD in the USA have at least 20 MPG

Why not requite that televisions be no larger than 20 inches as well?

** 2. Promote an act that would get US companies manufacturing plants into less economically powerful areas than China, or just in the US itself.

What kind of an act? Subsidies? What kind of an idea that one is! Lets tax the public and give the tax funds to giant corporations.

**3. Promote charitable and/or righteous organizations such as Teach For America and Pump the Pump

More tax money to be doled out. I love having money being taken away from me and spent on things for "my own good".

**4.Take a pay cut of $10,000 a year for each member of it permanently. They get all types of perks and a lot of money

Would you take a salary decrease?

**5. Let Iraq form itself. We have no success there.

Perhaps Iraq won't form into a government that is very good and then, in turn, threatens Kuwait and Saudi Arabia?

6. Lower property taxes and raise income taxes, to tax the rich without taxing the middle class farmer.

Property taxes are controlled by state governments, not federal governments. Most state governments are controlled by democrats and property taxes keep going up. Is there any real surprise here?

7. Work to outlaw incandescent light bulbs

Because it is something called "free market" whereby we should be able to buy the things we like, not what the government tells us what to do.

8. RESTORE OUR RIGHTS

Like our rights to have "incandescent light bulbs"? Restoring our rights would require voting out every republican and democrat in congress and installing a libertarian government.
By the way, the majority of what used to be rights being taken away was done so by democrats, not republicans. I'd like to name one of your personal rights that was taken away and needs to be restored.... please answer this, for real. Because I can name serveral rights taken away from me by (mostly) democrats along with republicans. Government regulation takes away rights, pal. Wise up or you're a hypocrite. Your last two questions actually call for the opposite things to happen.

I think all of your ideas are "boneheaded."
6. Is a glaring example of your ignorance. There is a development of homes near mine. The houses sell for over 1 million dollars and go as high as 2.5 million dollars. The real estate taxes range from $30,000 to $55,000 per year. The people who can afford to pay are paying...through the nose. There is no ultimate benefit in switching one tax for another. It just makes more work for everyone.

You clearly don't know what you're talking about. Go to high school, get involved with programs like youthnoise.com and learn what "terms and penalties" really mean under the constitution and your rights. Then if you still have questions post it here. Otherwise, this was truly a waste of my time.
