There are ways you can protect yourself from keyloggers, depending on how efficient your spware protection software is...but the best solution from getting your password stolen is making it stronger. For Example:

caps alt.: PaSsWoRd
include numbers: PaSsWoRd2974
include symbols:!PaSsWoRd$$$2974!@

Don't try to make it too complicated though...if you want to make a complex password, make sure to right it down...when i make my passwords i make it where i can remember mine. Here is an example of one of my secure passwords

dOnT*tRy!&cRaCk09

Trust me this is all you will need to know to make a secure password, i know this cuz i used to crack names myself and there isn't a better way to secure it than that.

As far as keyloggers goes you need to find a reliable spyware defender. I use Webroot. Its not free though, you might want to ask around for a free spyware link. I'm pretty sure there is some good free spyware software somewhere on the net, but i take no interest in using free protection.

I hope that helps

First, use a good Firewall, 1- Antivirus, and 3 - Antispyware programs to protect your computer.

Make and use a strong password. A passwords of at least 8 (preferrably more) random characters of Letters (caps and small), numbers, and symbols is the proper kind of password. This Microsoft site has information that will help you.

Hackers use password softwares which can very easily detect passwords if theses are 4-6 characters. If you use a paasword comprising of about 12 different charcters , it will not be possible for hackers to crack.
