There are two points to argue over this song--
1. Barbie dolls are unrealistic models of the human body, much like supermodels, causing young girls to believe they must become super thin all too often. I used to wish there were more Barbie dolls that were chubby, differently-formed, etc., but the closest to that came when they had a Barbie in a wheelchair.
2. The song itself makes out that a woman is a man's toy and rather degrades Barbie and women further.
Still, I find it to be a fun song and like it and find no reason for others to dislike it, as long as they understand the connotations.

Hi,no its not meant to mean anything bad,it`s just a summer song meant for kids and certain nightclubs in Europe.By the way,the band AQUA?,is a French group.

Yes, this song is dirty
"Undress me everywhere." (Yep, I'll leave that to your imagination.)
"I'm a blonde bimbo girl" ("bimbo" is a term meaning "a girl who ***** a lot of guys," kind of like "slut" or "whore")
"Kiss me here, touch me there, hanky panky" ("Hanky panky" refers to sexuality, and "kiss me here/touch me there" are probably references to oral sex and hand-jobs respectively)
"You can touch, you can play" ("You can touch" is yet another sexual reference, as is "you can play")
"Do whatever you please" (That's basically an invitation for "Ken" to have sex with Barbie)
And at the grand finale, "Oh, I'm having so much fun," that's a reference to her own pleasure.
I'm sorry I had to point all of this out, but you did ask "What is sexual?" and all I can say is, although I don't know how old you are (sorry if I "ruined your childhood" a little bit), you could use a little bit of help in the area of detecting sexuality in our sex-saturated media (not to be so blunt)
