Yes, crystalline solids have a distinct melting temperature, usually over a 2-3 degree (celsius) range. Amorphous solids transition into a molten glass, but it is over a wide temperature range.

Also crystalline solids diffract x-rays--regular repeating crystalline lattice, whereas amorphous solids do not.
