lol well I'm suggesting here that the girl is a s***. That explains the fishies in her tank: the number of fish equals the number of guys she slept with. And so she's strolling down, and finds water and so it leads to one fish..the one that she picked up, right? And so it shows that her husband had committed suicide because he found out about the girl's dirty little secret.
And so with that in mind, the fish that the girl picked up showed that the guy had been faithful and only slept with her, which explains her flashback of her marriage. The girl committs suicide herself and they were carried to the ocean to live happily ever after.
At least I hope that's what it was.

oh the whole "fish tanks on the head" thing confuses me too....so when you find out let me know...but the song by itself is self explanatory just listen to the lyrics
