TO THE MIDWIFE- You should really talk to some women before you start fireing off answers like that, number one every woman knows her own body so you cant decide what they are and arn,t feeling number two every womans hormone levels are differe't as a midwife you should know that and for your Information I had two pregnancys where I had very intense symptoms a week and a half before my period was expected! Both times I had a urine test done by my OBGYN who is one of the top physicians in her feild and both were very clearly positive one week before my period so before you start putting girls down and telling them this is all in theirheads DO SOME RESEARCH!!!!!!!!!

Its really soon to tell, but you may be getting some early symptoms..I had symptoms right away with my first and not really with my second. So I think it just depends on the pregnancy..I would wait until around the time your period is due and check with a test. You defiantely had sex around your fertile time so you very well could be..:)

THIS IS NOT MY ANSWER...FOLLOW THE LINK TO SEE THE LADY WHO WROTE IT. HOWEVER, I DO THINK IT IS IMPORTANT TO LOOK AT AGAIN AND AGAIN!
I'm sorry, I am a midwife and I just get godsmacked at the number of girls who aren't even overdue on their period yet who claim to have all the signs and symptoms of pregnancy - sore breasts, tiredness, frequent urination, nausea etc etc.
Even if it turns out they happen to be pregnant there is no way that these symptoms would have been a result of the pregnancy yet - the hormone levels would not be high enough - for every 5 women who report symptoms like this, odd are that 4 will NOT be pregnant.
Or girls who apparently have all the symptoms of pregnancy that are returning negative home pregnancy tests and ask what they should do. See a doctor? Visit a clinic?
And question after question about implantation bleeding! "I have spotted - is this implantation bleeding?"
People can talk themselves into just about anything.
Sometimes, with patients a little knowledge is a dangerous thing.
I would love to have a quick question and answer reference section that makes the following clear:
1. PMS and early pregnancy often mimic each other. Sore breasts, headaches, irritability, bloating, crampy tummy = odds are that most likely you are getting your period, not pregnant.
2. Secondary symptoms of pregnancy such as chronic, ongoing nausea don't kick in until about 2 weeks after a missed period where the hormone levels start to get high enough to override the normal hormone levels already in the body.
3. The vast majority of women DON'T have any symptoms of early pregnancy, especially those who are not expecting to be pregnant. The first thing that makes most owmen suspect they may be pregnant is their period doesn't show up when they think it should. Hoping to be pregnant or being scared of being pregnant will only make you more aware of your body and you WILL start to associate every little tweak and twing with pregnancy.
3. Implantation bleeding only happens to a very small number of women and it is only a slight brown or pink discharge of cervical mucus streaked with blood - it is not blood spots and certainly not a blood flow - AND it can easily be mistaken for the start of a period.
4. ANY type of intimate sexual activity can result in pregnancy if the woman is fertile.

Well it seems like you did have sex during you're most fertile day, which would of been 14 days after your period. I would think its too soon to tell, implantaiton takes place around 7-10 after conception. And what makes you feel sick is when youre body has already produced alot of hcg levels (thats wat makes the pg test positive) and makes you sick. You SOUND pregnant. Ive had those same symptoms and havent been pregnant. I have NO symptoms, and just found out i was pregnant on Sunday...so who knows.. just wait it out.

If this is your 4th pregnancy, you should be able to tell if these symptoms are related to pregnancy.
What does your intuition say?
What you've described does sound like symptoms of pregnancy, but nothing can be sure until you take the HPT.
